	WANNA SELL STUFF AT NEEDLES & PENS? Here's how it works: CONSIGNMENT: Needles & Pens sells a majority of it's merchandise (zines, clothing, etc...) on consignment. WE NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU TO BRING STUFF IN TO SELL AT THE SHOP or we won't have inventory. OR if you live out of town Email us jpeg pictures of what you'd like to sell in our shop. We have people from all over the U.S. selling stuff at our shop. HOW DOES CONSIGNMENT WORK? Consignment works this way: You bring an item in, it sells, and then we pay you. WHAT PERCENTAGE DO YOU TAKE FROM EACH SALE? Needles & Pens takes 50% of each sale and the other 50% goes to you. We're aware that most place do a 60%-40% split, but unfortunately for everyone involved, we're not able to cover our costs that way. San Francisco is the most expensive city in the US after all. If it makes you feel any better the owners of Needles & Pens have'nt made a dime for themselves since opening it's doors last year. For now, all money goes back into the space. HOW OFTEN DO YOU PAY PEOPLE OUT? We pay people out as often as they like if they live in town. Just stop in, see what's sold, and demand the cash money. If you live out of town, keep in touch, bug us via email every couple months to see what's sold. We also try to settle up all our consignment accounts at least once a year. MORE QUESTIONS???
